How to Order Custom Swimwear for Your Brand: A Checklist

Launching a swim line is mostly logistics. The difference between a smooth launch and a stressful one is having your inputs ready before production starts. Here’s the checklist we walk new brands through.

1. Artwork and brand assets

Have your logo in vector (AI, EPS, or SVG) and your colors as Pantone or hex. No print-ready files? Send a photo, a sketch, a moodboard — our designers rebuild it production-ready.

2. Styles and fit

Pick the cuts you want to launch with — triangle, bandeau, high-waist, one-piece — and decide your size range. Most brands launch XS–XL and add XXL once they see demand.

3. Quantities

Decide units per style and size. A simple size curve (more M/L, fewer XS/XXL) avoids dead stock. Our minimum is 50 pieces per design.

4. Fabric and labels

5. Timeline

Standard production is about three weeks from approved mockup. Back-plan from your launch date and add buffer for a sample round. Rush is available for firm dates.
