Everything you need to know before you order custom bikinis.
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces for an all-over sublimation-printed design. Smaller keepsake runs — like a single bridal party — are quoted case by case, and branded-label orders on stock styles can sometimes start lower.
How long does production take?
About three weeks from an approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm dates like a wedding or a launch — just flag the deadline when you request a quote.
What colors and prints are available?
Sublimation lets us print essentially any color or all-over pattern, including full-color logos and custom artwork. We also stock solids like black, white, red, royal blue, and hot pink. Custom Pantone matching is available at higher tiers.
Is the printing really permanent?
Yes. Sublimation dyes the fabric itself, so the print won’t crack, peel, or fade the way vinyl or heat-transfer decals do. It’s chlorine- and saltwater-friendly. Woven and embroidered labels are sewn in, not glued.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free, with unlimited revisions until you approve the design. You only pay when production starts — no setup fees, no art fees.
Can you individually personalize each suit?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names, sizes, and roles and we’ll personalize each piece individually — common for bridal parties where every suit reads a different name and the bride’s stands out.
