We cut ours from a four-way-stretch nylon-spandex tricot, fully lined so the print never shadows through, with removable soft pads and ties cut long enough to bow properly. Every panel is dye-sublimation printed before it is sewn, so your artwork runs edge to edge and straight through every seam — no blank side panels, no screen-printed patch that cracks after a season. Logos, all-over patterns, photographic prints and Pantone-matched brand colors all hold sharp on the stretch fabric, and because the ink is bonded into the fibre rather than sitting on top of it, chlorine, salt water and sunscreen do not lift it. Front and back can carry different artwork, and a name or nickname can be placed on individual suits.

Orders can mix sizes freely from XS to 3XL inside the same minimum, so a team, a party or a first retail run never forces anyone into a compromise. Tops and bottoms ship as sets but are sized independently — a medium top with a large bottom is normal here, not a special request. We sew in a plain care label by default, or your own woven brand label if the suits are for resale, and every set arrives individually folded and bagged, ready to hand out or ship.
